American Pale Wheat Ale
Voyager is crafted with drinkability in mind. Brewed with Pale, Wheat, and Caramel malts, we add a large amount of Citra hops late in the brewing process to create its unique and delicate flavor. A neutral American yeast strain is used to allow the sweetness of the malt to shine through and complement the hops.
Belgian Style Porter
Huginn comes from the idea of an American Robust porter meets a Belgian dark ale. Brewed with 100% European malts, hops, and a unique Belgian Trappist yeast strain, Huginn is a one of a kind brew. Dark chocolate, raisins, caramel, toffee, and figs, come to mind when first tasting Huginn. A smooth round finish lends to its extreme drinkability, especially for a dark beer.
IPA
This West Coast IPA is brewed with three distinct varieties of malted barley, Pale 2-row, Munich, and Carapils. These malts provide Vestri with the structure to support the copious amounts of west coast style hops, as well as the 7.4% alcohol by volume content that makes Vestri a proper West Coast India Pale Ale. Immense amounts of Columbus, Centennial, and Simcoe hops give Vestri its signature west coast style.
